About United Futbol Club

United Futbol Club, first started in 1983 as San Juan Soccer Club, is a non-profit organization based in the South Orange County city of Laguna Niguel. It first began with a group of boys who wanted to play soccer. They asked Mario Cuevas to coach them, the first coach, technical director, and creator of the club. The current Director of Coaching, Matt Swindle, believes in individual player education and development. United FC teams participate in the California Youth Soccer Association and the Southern California Developmental Soccer League. The club uses the widespread fields at Rancho Capistrano for games and practices.

Besides recreational and competitive programs, United FC provides an academy for their youngest players, U-7 to U-8. Recently, the Boys 01 White team won the Pats Cup Championship as well as the Copa Laguna Tournament Championship.

United FC has partnered with soccerloco for years. soccerloco provides United FC team shop where players, coaches, and fans can shop for game day, training, and fan gear.
