Return Instructions

  1. Email customer-service@soccerloco.com for an RA#
  2. Fill out our Return Form in English or Spanish
  3. Print the Return Form and place it inside your shipping box
  4. Write your RA# on the outside of your shipping box

soccerloco is committed to ensuring your purchase fully meets your expectations. To make sure that it does, we back every purchase with a satisfaction guarantee and 30 day return policy.

You may return any new product bought from soccerloco.com within 30 days, as long as it meets the criteria below. Items returned within 30 days will be credited back to the original source of payment, while items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Any promotional items (ex. free soccer ball with purchase) must be included, unused, in order to receive any refund. Unforuntately, we are unable to issue refunds for purchases made prior to a promotion or honor promotions after they have expired.

Only items that are in "new, unused and resalable condition" will be accepted as returns. We strongly recommend trying on all footwear and apparel indoors.

What CAN be returned:

  • Items purchased from soccerloco.com and returned within 30 days which are in new, unused and resaleable condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Defective products returned within 90 days which have previously been approved by our customer service team.

What CANNOT be returned:

  • Footwear that has been worn beyond trying it on indoors. Any grass stains or markings on the bottom of the studs will not be accepted.
  • Any item that is missing its original tags.
  • Any item that smells unnatural or has been washed.
  • Any item with any customization such as logo, number or name. This includes replica jerseys with hero kits as well as most team gear.

ATTENTION! All footwear being sent back to us MUST be in a shipping box. Shoes sent back in the original footwear box with a shipping label on the outside will not be accepted, no exceptions. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost to and from soccerloco.com, including items with manufacturer defects.

  2. If your defective return is approved, fill out our Return Form in English or Spanish
  3. Print the Return Form and place it inside your shipping box
  4. Write your RA# on the outside of your shipping box

A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaw. All of us at soccerloco.com play soccer just like you and know the normal wear and tear of soccer equipment. Based on our experience, a truly defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 90 days of use. For that reason we only accept defective returns within that period.

Defective products can be returned to soccerloco.com up to 90 days from purchase only after approval from our customer service team. Please contact customer service for defective return approval. The following credit will be issued for items deemed defective :

0-45 days = 100% of purchase price
46-90 days = 50% of purchase price
After 90 Days = No credit

Examples of DEFECTS:

  • Footwear where the outsole separates, shoe splits, tongue comes off or eyelet breaks.
  • Gloves where the finger saves break or stitching comes out.
  • Balls where the stitching comes apart, bladder won’t hold air or it has slices from manufacturer.
  • Bags where the stitching comes apart.*
  • Apparel where the seams come apart or out.*
    *soccerloco will NOT credit customers for the cost of customization on returned or exchanged items. 

Examples of NON-DEFECTS:

  • Footwear where the cleats are worn down studs because you wore them on concrete.
  • Gloves where the stitching is coming out of fingertips from normal wear and tear.
  • Balls that look like an egg because they have been sat on or a ball that don't hold air because it was kicked against a sharp object.
  • Bags that are torn from being dragged on the ground.

ATTENTION! All defective clearance or sale items must be processed directly through manufacturer.

Clearance Returns

All sale/clearance items are included in our 30 day return policy. As long as the item is in "new, unused and resaleable condition", it can be returned for a refund within 30 days. All defective clearance or sale items must be processed directly through the manufacturer.

Exchanges

soccerloco.com does not offer exchanges. Instead, please return your old merchandise and place a new order.
