To accommodate holiday gift giving, we've extended our normal 30 day return policy through the end of January.

Any order placed between November 1st - December 25th, 2015 may be returned through January 31, 2016.

How do I ensure my order arrives in time for gift giving?

In most cases, orders placed by the deadline dates above will arrive by December 24th. During this very busy time of year our staff does everything we can to get all orders out on time, however sometimes events out of our control (weather, mechanical failure of shipping vehicles, etc.) may delay arrival.

I bought the wrong thing. How can I change my order?

If you make a mistake on your order, please contact customer service as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place the correct order. If your has already shipped, your best bet is to place a new order for the correct items and then initial a return for the incorrect order.

How long do I have to return my holiday purchase?

To accommodate holiday gift giving, we've extended our normal 30 day return policy through the end of January. Any order placed between November 1st - December 25th, 2015 may be returned through January 31, 2016.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track the package through the carrier.
