About Del Mar Carmel Valley Sharks

Started in 1980, the DMCV Sharks is a non-profit, volunteer organization that offers recreational and competitive programs and camps for players of all abilities, ages five to 19. The Sharks are located in Carmel Valley, north of San Diego, and play at a variety of fields in the area. The club operates under the California Youth Soccer Association – South (CYSA-S).

Their competitive teams hold championship honors in prestigious tournaments such as State Cup, Surf Cup, WAGS, Presidio League, Coast League, Presidio Cup and more. DMCV Sharks are the most recent Girls U-15 National Cup Champions. Every summer, the Sharks host their own tournament, the Copa Del Mar Invitational, in Greater San Diego.

As an adidas Elite Club, the sharks are partnered with soccerloco as their official jersey, training gear, and fan gear provider and sponsor of the club.
