Choosing the right size
Avoid a fit that is too big as poor-fitting shoes can hurt your feet. If in between sizes, it is recommended that you order up a 1/2 size and wear thicker socks.
Always try your shoes on indoors, walking carpeted surfaces and with socks on as you usually would wear them. Make sure there is room for the toes to wiggle.
